What kind of t-shirts does Noiya Clothing print on?

Noiya Clothing uses quality 100% cotton, sweatshop-free, heavy weight material.

Payment Methods

To make things easy and simple we take all our orders through Paypal. If you don’t have an account, then nip over to www.paypal.com to register....it only take 2 minutes!

Delivery

Standard delivery - Delivery within 2-3 days Mon-Fri. Noiya Clothing uses Royal Mail First class Recorded delivery. However in the instance of Royal Mail having yet another strike!.... then we will post it via courier. We do post internationally however, postage is more expensive. Please e-mail us at noiyaclothing@live.com with “International Shipping” as the subject. The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes charged on entry to the country. These are levied by the international customs and totally out of our control.

I have missed delivery

Delivery of your order will be attempted twice. Should no one be available to sign for delivery, a card will be left. The contact number stated on your card is your local depot, you will need to call them directly to re-schedule further delivery or pick up within 7 days of notification.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your Noiya product, we ask that you first try returning it to the retailer for resolution. We have a liberal return policy with authorized dealers and we encourage them to do everything possible to accommodate you locally for your convenience. If you bought through the site, please contact ourselves prior to returning the product via e-mail at noiyaclothing@live.com with “Returns” in the subject field.

I have received a faulty/damaged item

If the item you received is faulty/damaged, please email us to noiyaclothing@live.com with “Faulty/ Damaged” in the subject field and notify us the nature of fault and return the item back to us within 14 days.

Can I cancel my order?

We start processing your order right after you receive your Order confirmation email. During this time we may be able to cancel your order. You will need to email us at noiyaclothing@live.com, with Cancel/Amend in the subject line.
